For the nineteenth time, Larry Day’s baby, Strangers in the Night, raised money for charities on Saturday night.

Over the years – the amount of bands and charities has increased along with number of people that attend the event. Millions of dollars have been raised. How many lives have been saved?

Without the musicians, without the sponsors, without the restaurants, without the media help, without the tireless effort from the volunteers – there would be no Strangers in the Night. Certainly no money for charities. After all – it is about people helping people. A human experience that has been lost in recent years due to devices dividing and conquering the masses.

Strangers in the Night is a gathering. Friends and strangers coming together to enjoy nature’s gift of music. People being people with an aim to help the less fortunate and to strengthen their own beliefs in humanity. The 20th edition of Strangers in the Night will take place (rain or shine) next summer. It will raise more money and bring more people together.

Larry Day’s baby is an adult now. An entire village raised that child and now everyone sees how important human contact is.
