Catherine Stamatakos
February 23, 1971 – June 30, 2025
Following a brave two-year battle with cancer, during which her stoic and determined character shone through time and again, Catherine passed away at the young age of 54.
Catherine could have been born a century earlier, as her love of travelling and discovering places rich in history and culture made her the happiest. Her love of fashion also made her soul come alive which parallelled a professional career in the fashion industry. She was truly pure at heart and taken from us far too soon.
She will be sorely missed by her devoted partner of twelve years, Rick Keene, who never left her side in both health and sickness. Catherine will also be missed by her loving brother and sister, Jimmy and Christina Stamatakos, as well as her many uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends. Catherine is predeceased by her loving parents, Panagiotis Stamatakos and Eugenia Mareskes, whom she will rejoin in heaven.
